How to Celebrate Your Wins & Promote Yourself (Without Annoying Others)

Self-promotion is an essential life skill for entrepreneurs, small business owners and for just about anybody who wants to grow professionally.

Being humble shows good character, but keeping successes a secret, is a mistake.

A couple of weeks ago, a colleague was telling me about some of her big business wins over the last year. There were no announcements in her newsletters or social media posts and no press releases. Here achievements were all hidden secrets.  Why wasn’t she celebrating her wins?  These were huge directional changes that were up-leveling her business.

It turns out, she was worried what others would think or say if she “put it out there.” Not wanting to be thought of as boastful or obnoxious, she thought her success would draw negative attention.

The interesting thing is many people feel the same way.

How do you successfully share your story and leverage your wins without being annoying?  Don't sweat the small stuff!

Click below for our new FREE downloadable guide.  It is chock full of suggestions on how to share your wins in a manner that will not only interest others and serve you well, but will also help others celebrate their wins too!

This is such an important message. None of us want to be "that" person who irritates internet-land with boasts and faux self-deprication BUT sharing achievements in the right way is empowering for you, and encouraging for others. More please - positivity is what we all need!
